How does billing work? ▶
Pro and Team plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I switch between plans? ▶
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro or Team at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Contact support if you need to switch between Pro and Team.
What happens when I hit my daily limit? ▶
API requests return a 429 status code with a clear error message and a link to upgrade. Rate limits reset daily at midnight UTC. You can monitor your usage on the Dashboard page.
How do I cancel my subscription? ▶
You can cancel directly from your Stripe customer portal. After cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period, then your account reverts to the Free tier.
Is there a free trial for paid plans? ▶
The Free tier itself serves as a trial. You get access to all four endpoints with 500 requests/day. Upgrade whenever you need higher limits -- there are no feature restrictions on the Free tier.
Do you offer annual billing? ▶
